I loved its perfect location!

Impeccably clean units with heating, 3 cards, bathroom, and the staff were best.

Overall it was large with good beds.

The hotel was in the central setting close to the bus and train station.

Truly enjoyed responsive staff and big hotel.

Sincerely, it was a real good stay for holidays. The rooms were reasonably spacious and warm with good beds and the housekeeping from entering plus bathroom, that's all we needed.

This hotel was located in a central area near to the train station, Supratours buses and Medina. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Hivernage district. Booked wheelchair accessible room with heating as well as 3 single beds and got it upon arrival.

had a memorable wedding celebration in Marrakesh and Mogador made it exceptional with their incredible staff, luxurious entrance, and lovely pool area. The spa experience was fantastic, and Yassine from the restaurant made our breakfasts delightful with his friendly and professional service.

Was in between Airport and City, had a great breakfast selection.

No alcohol. I understand it is a Muslim city/country, but if they would like to attract European tourists that can help. The Spa/Hammam closes too early 20:30. If u are a tourist, you are out the whole time when it is open, had no chance to try it. No music channel on tv. Our most entertaining show was cnn.

Bathroom was nice and the room was cheap and comfy. The bed was very comfy & the staff there were really kind and kind.

The location was perfect for us, as it was situated in a good area of town and not far from the central railway station. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from the friendly bell staff who helped us with our luggage to the efficient room service. The room amenities were fantastic, with in-room air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even a safe to store our valuables. The wi-fi in the rooms was reliable and fast, which was a big plus for us. We also enjoyed the dining options, particularly the buffet breakfast which had a wide variety of delicious food. The leisure facilities such as the spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool added to our overall comfort and enjoyment.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
